Tour Package Terms & Conditions

• Booking: To confirm the tour, a 30% advance payment is required.
• Balance Payment: Must be paid before or at the time of closing the trip.
• Inclusions: Package includes only services mentioned in the package details.
• Exclusions: Entry fees, meals, or extra services are payable by the customer unless specified.
• Seasonal & Weekend Price Variation: Rates may vary during peak seasons, festivals, long weekends, and high-demand periods. Please confirm the final price before booking.
• Price Variation: Package cost may change due to fuel price fluctuations or hotel category selection.
• Hotel Booking Policy: Once the hotel is booked and confirmed, cancellation or refund is not allowed.
• Cancellations:
  • 7+ days before travel – 25% cancellation fee
  • Less than 7 days – 100% cancellation fee
• Changes: Itinerary may be modified due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen conditions.
• Liability: We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages beyond our control.
• Availability: Hotels, vehicles, and facilities are subject to availability at the time of booking.
